This Original iPhone is in BRAND NEW condition.  It's never been used other than to unlock and jailbreak it.  It was recieved as a brand new exchange from the Apple store.  The glass has NO scratches.  The back has NO scratches.  The phone, itself, is new.  This iPhone is also unlocked and so that it will work with any carrier that uses a GSM SIM card. 

 

This iPhone also has the latest firmware update (2.0) and has been "jailbroken" which means you can install third-party software on it (not just Apple software), and customize the home screen.

 

The accessories, themselves, are not brand new but were all well taken care of.
