USA Shipping

• Free shipping is only valid for US orders with standard shipping. 
• We do not ship to APO/FPO Box. 
• For domestic shipments we ship to:  Continental US including Alaska & Hawaii and all US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc)
• Orders weighing under 1lb. will be delivered via USPS Standard Mail which has a 3-10 business day delivery.  Orders under $11.000 will not have a tracking number.
• Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
• Shipping will not be refunded if there is a carrier delay or missed delivery
• Insurance is not required but it is HIGHLY recommended as we are NOT responsible for any carrier delays, damages, lost packages or wrong address deliveries.
• All orders including overnight and express shipments are sent out within 1-4 business days.  Once it leaves our warehouse it will be there in the time paid for.
• We are required to collect 7.25% sales tax when Ship-To address is in California.
• There are no exceptions to our shipping policy
• Local pickup at our Oxnard, CA warehouse is allowed.  Please contact us before picking up so we can make sure we carry your item(s) at this warehouse.

• Countries we internationally ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
• No expedited services are available for International Shipping.
• The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty and local taxes. Please verify with your customs before purchase. Items will NOT be marked as gifts.
• There will be a $0.50 handling fee per order which will be added during checkout.

Payment

• After you won the auction, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. All payments must go through our checkout.
• We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card.
  (e-checks will be held up to 7 business days before shipping).

• Payments are expected within 9 days of auction completion Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with Ebay upon non-receipt of payment.
• Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us.
• Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions.

• We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to issue an RMA # so you can return your order.
• Refund amount will be the product price less the actual cost of shipping to you and a 10% restocking fee.  We must be notified within 30 days of receipt.  To get an RMA # issued please contact us.  Shipping the item back to us is at the cost of the buyer.
