This was my primary computer for the last year and a half. It's in excellent condition with one exception. As you can see in the pic, there is a "ding" on the right side of the computer that our friends at TSA did when checking my laptop for bombs or liquids or who knows what, at the Atlanta airport. The ding does not affect the operation at all, it's just a dimple. Case, hinge, DVD, everything works just fine but in the interest of full disclosure, I wanted to mention it. I've included pics of the ding, the top, and the bottom, so you can see exactly what you're getting.
Otherwise, it is what you'd expect for a 1.5 year old Macbook Pro. A few normal wear and tear scratches on the bottom. Keyboard and Trackpad show normal wear. Hinge doesn't creak, holds tight. No dead pixels. The battery only has 31 cycles on it, was recently replaced by Applecare. Oh, and speaking of Applecare, it is covered until Nov 28, 2009.
