For payments made before 4:00pm PT, most orders will be shipped the same day depending payment verification and availability. Depending on the process of USPS and delivery locations, most order will be receive within 7 business days. Your USPS tracking code will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been processed and prepared by our warehouse. If you place your order on a weekday before 4:00pm PST, you should expect to receive your tracking code the same evening. All orders placed after 4:00pm PST, weekends, or during public holidays will receive their tracking codes in the next business day.
All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers during the check out. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is in accordance with the shipping courier's standard. MyGadgetGarage reserves the right to charge up to $10 for any address correction or forwarding address that is different than the original address on the invoice
MyGadgetGarage cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the UPS / USPS tracking system show that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with UPS / USPS to report your lost shipment if insurance is purchased. All Canada orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
Please note that MyGadgetGarage cannot be held responsible for any loss of merchandise once it leaves domestic United States territory. Although rare, risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon entry to Canada. Also please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied by Canada's customs agency once the shipment arrives. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Payments
We accept PayPal, Money Order & Cashier Check, all Credit Card transaction will be process through PayPal merchant service. Money Order & Cashier Check purchase will be hold up to 7 business days for cleared payment. Payments must be received within 7 days after the auction ended. All un-paid bidders will be filed for negative feedbacks. For combine purchases, please wait until all of your auctions ended and process to the most recent invoice with all your items before you check out.
Return & Exchanges
MyGadgetGarage wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase by offering you our 30 Day Satisfaction-Guaranteed Return Policy. We stand behind our products 100% and offer you the option of returning or exchanging items that do not meet your needs. Please email us at Return@MyGadgetGarage.com with order ID, Name, and the return reason, our return department will be reply to you with a approved return authorization and return direction. All return packages without return authorization will be rejected to our discretion. If the item that you ordered was already damaged or if there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will do our best to replace or repair the defective item as soon as possible. Any damage or discrepancies claimed after the 5 business days of receipt will be subject to our discretion. We will credit you the full purchase price, taxes, and the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for all exchange and return items. Refund is only available for PayPal payments, Money Order and Cashier Check payments will be credited as store credit only. Return and Exchange items must be in brand new condition, unused with the original box and packaging.
