This phone was purchased new in January 2008 and is in "like new" condition.  It was kept in a gel case and had a screen protector.  Recently my wife switched carriers and we no longer need this phone.  Upon terminating the contract I received the unlock code from T-Mobil and unlocked the phone.  The phone comes with the following items:

The startup splash screen still displays T-Mobil, but the phone will work with a T-Mobile, AT&T, Cingular, Rogers Wireless, Fido  vodafone, Optus Virgin, Telstra... sim card.  This phone will not work with a CDMA network.  If you intend to use the phone with a provider which is not listed, check for compatibility before purchasing this phone.
