Return Policy

          Refund must be requested within 7 days after receiving the package

          Shipping and handling fee are not refundable under any circumstances.

          All return product must be in original condition, any used item will not be eligible for  refund or exchange

          We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.

          The bidder pays for the return shipping cost.

Return Procedure

          All return items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping back the product (buyer pay for the shipping fee to ship back the product).

          To obtain the RMA #, simply e-mail the item number and the reason for returning the product

          We will process your return request within 48 hours and send you the RMA# and shipping address for return merchandises
