Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions you have bidded on have ended, and then complete the checkout here or by going to any of the auction pages you have won and clicking on the "Pay Now" button towards the top of the auction page (Must be logged into eBay to see the "Pay now" button) Shipping is FREE! No matter how many items you purchase! Combined shipping discount of 20% is automatically applied on upgrades such as Priority Mail. All your purchases will be combined into one invoice, so you won't have to pay using multiple checkout forms. You will also have one (optional) insurance charge and not multiple.  Please note: If you purchase more then one item but pay for each individually. (shipping discount will not be applied in this case).

Shipping Policy:

All items can only be shipped within United States. (Currently, We cannot ship Internationally, This includes Canada, APO/FPO & Guam) We ship to PR, HI, AK, & PO Boxes.

Local Pickup Service:

For Liability reasons local pick up at our facility is not available. Regardless if you live in an area in close proximity to our location we will still be required to ship your order. (Please do not e-mail us asking if pickup is available)

Warranty & Support:

All items are Brand New, Not Refurbished, Items are guaranteed against DOA (Dead-on-Arrival). Items come bulk packaged to help keep the cost down, we put the savings straight into your pocket. If an item arrives DOA it must be reported within 3 days from delivered date. Otherwise, the DOA guarantee expires.

Return Policy:

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, You must notify us within 3 days, for a replacement item. If replacement is not avail, we will provide a full refund. If the goods are not defective, you have 7 days to cancel the order and return it for a refund. All sealed & non-defective items are subject to 15% restocking fee. If any returned items are not defective and the packaging HAS been opened a 25% restocking fee will apply. Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable method.
