I have used this phone for a couple days and have just switched to Verizon and cannot use this phone with them. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, no scratches, dings, knicks, or anything! Everything that came with the phone when I purchased it will be included. I am also including the pink silicone skin I bought for it for FREE! Charger, headset, software, USB, manuals, holster, etc. will be included as you can see in the pic! Most of these items are still in the plastic because I have not even used them. This phone is unlocked and can be used on with any provider with a SIM card. This is a great phone and you will not be dissapointed.
