We are open M-F 8-5.  Closed weekends and holidays.  For help with your order or if you have any questions regarding our product you can email us through eBay's internal message system.  Emails are answered within 24-48 hours.  If you email over the weekend or on holidays, you will receive a response the next business day

 

Most of the New product we sell, comes with the original mfg warranty.  We have a 30 Day replacement warranty on most items.  Some items only carry 10 day warranty.  This is typically on the used product we sell.  See item description for warranty specifics.  Any product that goes bad within the warranty period can be sent back for an exchange.   Email us through eBay's internal message system to request a RMA.   We will send you a return form and instructions to send the product back.  Once product is received back, a replacement will be sent.  Return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

Our warranty only covers defective items and is only for replacement.  We do not issue refunds unless the product is unable to be replaced.  We do not accept returns for refund due to buyer's remorse.
