Q: Is your merchandise real?

A: ABCJewelry sells only 100% natural stones.  We sell no clarity enhanced or lab created stones!

Q: Do you provide an appraisal to the winning bidder?

A:  All merchandise is accompanied by a beautiful velvet gift box and a free personalized certified appraisal.

Q: What happens if I am not satisfied with the merchandise?

Q: What if I need a different finger size?

A: Most rings can be re-sized, please call to verify.  I have a full bench jeweler who can make any adjustments needed.

To return a diamond or jewelry item to ABCJewelry, follow our three step process:

1.) If within the US, call 513-478-4556 or email us at ABC@choice.net for a Return Authorization Code.

2.) Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and the diamond certificate, if you have one. (The diamond certificate carries a $250 replacement fee.) For security reasons, please DO NOT write ABC Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.

3.) Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.  You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days.  Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.  Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than ABCJewelry), engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
