• Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction closed. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

• All items will be dispatched from Hong Kong using HK Airmail after cleared funds received.

• Estimated delivery days for most countries: 7 - 12 business days. For buyers from south america, it is highly recommended to place shipping insurance. Shipping times are not guaranteed, however a tracking number can be provided for orders with insurance.

• Refund is offered for defective products reported within 14 days upon receipt.

• All items that we sales carryig 45 days warranty (from the date of purchase), we are happy to provide you an exchange or store credit.

• All returns should include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms.

• Shipping and cost of items are refundable if unsatisfied with product conditions. HOWEVER the shipping fee of sending product back to the seller will not be refundable.
