• In the rare event items are on backorder, we will provide prompt notification and your choice of a similar replacement or refund.
• Payments must be received within 7 days of item close date, or an eBay Unpaid Items Report will be filed. If payment is not made 7 days after the unpaid filing, the item will be cancelled and relisted.

Terms of Sale

All products carry a 14-day warranty against manufacturer's defects. Defective products returned for replacement or exchange must be returned within 14 days after the date of receiving your order and in original packaging, or return will not be accepted. All products made by Krusell and OtterBox carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. If you receive a defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or give you the option for exchange (if original product is out of stock) after you have returned the product. If you purchase a wrong item, we offer an exchange option for an item of equal or lesser value. Refunds are offered in the form of Store Credit or Money Back. All Returns must be authorized before returning. Contact us for Return Authorization.

Shipping & handling is non-refundable. Shipping charges for products returned to Wireless Accessories Inc. are the responsibility of the buyer. Wireless Accessories Inc. will pay for shipping charges on all replacement or exchange product shipments from our Warehouse. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product. You may easily check the status at anytime by contacting our Help Desk.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or return to sender, the customer will be given 2 options: 1.) We will offer one more reshipment attempt to another address for a processing fee of $2.00 or 2.) We will refund the entire order minus returned shipping charges by the returning carrier and a 25% restocking fee (applied to total item price). Customers are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address, and following our return policy for sending items back to us. If any of the above conditions apply, we provide prompt emailed notifications.
